For the first time the Network and Distributed Systems Security (NDSS) Symposium is soliciting nominations for The NDSS Test of Time (ToT) Award to be given at NDSS 2019 in February 2019, to be held in San Diego, CA as usual. This award recognizes the most influential papers published in past NDSS symposia with respect to research and/or industrial impact on computer and network security.

This year, we will consider papers published in NDSS between 1995 and 2009. Any paper published in those conference years is eligible for consideration. The NDSS ToT Committee (below) will consider
conferring more than one award this year.

We invite anyone to submit a nomination by the deadline of December 31, 2018 January 7, 2019. Please submit your nomination via email to [email protected]. Each person may nominate at most 5
papers. See Previous NDSS Symposia page at /previous-conferences/
for inspiration.

Each nomination must include:

1. The title, the author list, and publication year of the nominated paper
2. A 100-word (maximum) nomination statement, describing why the paper deserves the Test of Time Award
3. The name, title, affiliation of the nominator, and if appropriate, the relationship of the nominator to the authors
